It is a sake that you can feel the summer with caution.
The juiciness is accentuated by the firm sourness, umami, and tangy gas that is typical of Niidashi Zensyu. Thanks to the use of white malt sake mother, you can taste the sourness while retaining the sweetness. It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of melon.
It is certainly good to drink it well chilled! I also like it well chilled because you can taste the acidity and flavor. It goes well with grilled trout.
