When you open the bottle, the fresh aroma of the sake is unobtrusive, but enjoyable!
The moderate acidity and rice flavor are refreshing and easy to drink!
The sweetness is also felt, but it is somewhat moderate and refreshing.
There is no bitterness, and although there is a slight alcohol taste, it is sharp and light to drink (I realized later that it was 17 degrees Celsius).
Looks like it would go well with some kind of sashimi ✨.
I can't wait to try the other Urakasumi!
