The alcohol is a little strong, probably because it is a 17% Daiginjo.
The taste is also fruity, but the sweetness of the rice is stronger, but in a different way than Yamadanishiki sake.
At first, the flavor swells up with a little bitterness, but it soon changes to a light and clear flavor, and the overall taste is very beautiful and powerful.
Compared to the pure and well-honed taste that is often seen in sake exhibits, there is still a bit of muddiness, but it is a delicious sake that captures the characteristics of the sake rice.
