Yikes! Mellow and delicious! The sweetness and flavor of the rice is pretty strong, and the acidity and slight carbonation do a great job, I love this feeling!
When paired with Camembert cheese, it's the ultimate cheese fondue! I'm so happy
It seems that the policy of Takachiyo is not to list Junmai, Junmai-Ginjo, or Junmai-Daiginjo, as well as the rice used, rice polishing ratio, or Nihonshudo/acidity.
