This is my first time to try Setsuwakamaru.
It is the younger brother of "Tsuyahime" and seems to be popular in Yamagata.
The first sip was fruity and soft sweet, but soon became tangy and bitter.
The aftertaste is clean and smooth.
As I continued drinking, the delicious sweetness of the rice gradually spread, and I felt its subtlety and depth.
This is a delicious sake. ❣️
