Hanayuyo THE MARCH Unfiltered Nama Sake
The name of this sake is gorgeous. The label is also stylish. It is made only in small quantities and has become famous as a hard-to-find sake because of its fruity taste. I was looking forward to drinking it.
When I opened the bottle, I could smell the pineapple aroma even before pouring it into the glass. It was stronger than that of Kangiku, and it was like Houou Mita. It was slightly cloudy when poured into the glass. When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet and sour with more acidity than sweetness.
This sweet and sour taste seems to have high potential as a food sake. It seems to go well with dishes with strong flavors. On the second day, HANA-YOUNG became less sour and much mellower. I will drink it again after a few days.
I like it 8/10
