The full-bodied flavor is accentuated by the Dewa Sanzu?
The aroma is light and apple-like.
Since it took about a week to drink, the bitterness became more noticeable in the latter half of the bottle, but the basic refreshing impression is the same.
I didn't study the characteristics of Kochi yeast, so I'll study it later*.
