I don't know how to describe it...fruity, slightly effervescent, and exquisitely sweet. A wonderful aftertaste.
I can't say it's great. Hats off to the high degree of perfection.
I was impressed that this is what Kangiku is all about.
You can enjoy it by itself without any snacks.
The rice flavor is also delicious.
This is a good sake that everyone should try.
