I went on a trip to look for Yamae-nishiki recommended by Mr. kino, but could not find it.
I couldn't find it 😅. 😅😅
But I've never had it.
I got this "Suwa Miyamanishiki"!
Still as rich and umamazing as ever 😋.

The order is exactly the opposite in terms of cleanness (sharpness).
