We enjoyed Sharaku Junmai Ginjo Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki.
We were allowed to compare it with Tojo Yamadanishiki at the shop, and we chose Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki because it had more sweetness, but it had the perfect balance of beautiful sweetness, umami, and acidity that is typical of Sharaku. It is always stable and delicious.
