Jyushidai Oorigarami Hon Nama 🍶.
This is the first time to drink orikagarami, but also the first time to drink Jyushidai's sake on draft.
The aroma on the nose is faintly sweet with a hint of freshness from the unpasteurized sake.
In the mouth, there is a slight tangy freshness of new sake on the tip of the tongue.
It has a fresh sweetness, but it is refreshing for a Jyushidai.
In the aftertaste, I felt a bit of dry spiciness that is often found in orikara and nigori (nigori) nama-shu at this time of the year.
According to the master, it was quite dry and did not have much sweetness as soon as it was opened.
I guess it is a matter of taste, but if I were to go to the trouble of drinking Jyushiyo, I would have liked to drink a sweeter version.
This one was delicious as well: ✨️
What's the fresh Sumishu sake like?

Hello, Matsuchiyo!
I know it's partly because I read your post, but 😅You have a cool appearance 🧐The taste is also cool, which may be our favorite type of taste, but I think it's good to have this for 14yo 😋! I think it would be good to have a "this one" 😋.

Good evening J&N🍶.
It's kind of like summer sake, isn't it?
It was definitely a dry type that J&N's family would be able to empty a bottle of in 2 days 😊.
