The first bite was gentle, but it didn't really go well with the shabu-shabu... what? It's a little rough and heavy.
But after two or three sips, it didn't matter... it was delicious!
On the second day, it goes really well with the chicken cutlet from Gyo-Su... this way, this way! Now I'm thinking... it's going to run out!
I wonder if there's anything special about Nakakumi, I'll check it out...
