Seigo
We have a growing number of fat-bottomed bottles in our vertical cellar, so I opened this one with an eye on it: ❗️
The lid pops open semi-automatically with almost no effort 🎉.
The aroma is similar to the Niimasa we were drinking until yesterday 😌.
When I poured it, I could see bubbles and bubbles.
Nice aroma, refreshing sweet and tasty acidity, riceiness and bitterness from the middle or earlier, and a refreshing yet thick richness, minerality, and a woody aroma that lingers on the palate at the end. ❗️
It is mellow when it is warmed up, and even though it is not nigori, it has a slightly milky taste.
I think it's similar to Shinsei.
I think it's better to drink it slowly than during a meal.
I quite like it with a strong carbonation: ❤️
It's complex, but anyway, the happy aroma fills my mouth and nose.
Delicious ‼️ happy ❤️
