I found Urasato at the store I usually go to!
I'm a poor man so I went with the cheapest Junmai sake in the lineup .... 😂.
But it's so good you'd think it was junmai daiginjo!
It has a gentle sweetness and a subtle ginjo aroma that comes in a flurry and then disappears without a trace.
I wonder what it would taste like if it were a higher grade sake... I wonder what it would taste like if it were a higher grade sake... I'm tempted to try a junmai ginjo as well.
