It's the new sake season!
Today's sake is Nabeshima, which I enjoyed on a business trip the other day!
I don't have much experience with Nabeshima.
But I happened to see a notice that it was on sale today!
I bought it even though my fridge was already full.
This is my first time drinking the Moon series.
50% polished Yuyamanishiki, 16% alcohol by volume
When the aluminum cover is removed and the crown is opened
The sound of the bottle opening is the mf psshhshh!
The top aroma is of honey apple to melon.
It also has a freshness.
When you drink it...
I'm not sure if it's a good one or not...

As soon as you feel the sweet-juicy juiciness on the tip of your tongue, the fresh acidity and chili sensation that is typical of nama-shu spreads.
The umami is restrained and clean.
This is a sake that you can keep on drinking. ❗️
It has a similar feeling to Shinshu Kamerei,
It tastes a bit like Shinshu Kamerei, but a little more beautiful.
Nabe-sama, I'd like to get a little closer to you 🥹.
