Nechi Otokoyama Yukimi Sake Shiboritate Nama Sake
Nechi Oyama, a freshly brewed yukimi-shu from Watanabe Sake Brewery, which also runs a domaine.
On the way back from the band practice in Iwamuro.
The snow had settled and the mountains were beautiful. We had a hard time in the morning, but...
My first visit to Hasegawa-ya. It's a fun place with a pretty good selection. It's a bit far to go, but I'd like to stop by again.
It has a fresh mouthfeel and a mild but crisp, light and dry taste.
It has a soft and thick taste as if it were raw sake.
It has a bitter taste, but it also has a refreshing sweetness.
It's delicious...!
I drank so much that I don't even remember posting it, but it was the 76th brewery in Niigata Prefecture.
