I've been too lucky lately to have any food alcohol, so I went to buy some and got this one: ❗️
This print-like label sits nice through the glass of the cellar.
Mitsuya cider, or whatever the kids put in their juice💦.
I bought it thinking it was only a food wine, but from the aroma, I thought it was that in a good way.
The taste is delicious, well balanced and full, with a bitter accent and moderate alcohol content that again goes well with food. I like the consistent bitterness in the background and the clean acidity. ❤️
It also has a slight chile gas feeling and can be enjoyed on its own: ❗️
Happy to have it with my own homemade dumplings.
It was a personal bonanza😊.
