Aroma is medium(-), giving impressions of steamed rice, yogurt, fresh cream cheese, white grape, mint.
On the palate, this sake is medium dry, with medium levels of acidity and umami. It’s crisp, medium body and standard alcohol makes this a low-medium intense flavored sake. It is has a キレ which is sure to pair well with seafood like squid or scallops. I would love to try this with バター醤油ホタテ. Hassan does it again with this outstanding junmai.
