I like "Hana-ika" rice a lot.
Aroma: green apple, sweet and refreshing.
The sweetness is refreshing, and the astringent bitterness from the mid-palate is like an apple's Fuji? It is juicy and has a nice refreshing taste.
No matter what kind of sake you drink, the balance is superb. ❗️
