When I was in Shimane Prefecture on a business trip, I visited a sake brewery located a few dozen minutes from Izumo City station and purchased this sake in person. I was surprised to find that the brewery was located in the city center, which is much closer to Izumo Fuji than I had imagined.
The sake had a full aroma like grain, a full-bodied flavor, and a slightly strong acidity and bitterness characteristic of sake brewed with sake yeast. It may be good to drink hot.
The sake was a very impressive sake brewed with a yeast that is found in a sake brewery with a long history.
