The last time I went to the liquor store, I bought this bottle because I had a challenge and wanted something solid. And this is the first time I have had this sake in a year.
The aroma does not come up as it did last year, but there is a slight grapefruit-like aroma on the palate.
What is it? It is not the type of sake that is refreshed by acidity and fizziness, but rather, each of the five tastes is very well balanced and made for a summer sake.
It may not have the same impact, but it is still a stable bottle.
Finally, there is a firefly on the jacket. This is also a nice touch.
