inami
A rare sake for the sake camp. It has a mellow mouthfeel, but also has a slight gaseous taste typical of nama-zake. It has a strong sweetness, and the aftertaste disappears like water. It is a wonderfully cohesive sake with no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes. It is delicious.
