It was labeled "Kijoshu" by the famous Miyazumi Shuzo brewery in my hometown of Aizu, so I bought it right away!
The moment I drank it, I felt a strong sweetness, but it was a bit thick and had a lingering aftertaste.
Well, this is my first time to drink kijoshu, so 💦...what is kijoshu? I may not have understood the concept of "what is a good wine" at all, but I enjoyed it very much with my father-in-law and would like to purchase another bottle👍.
