Ogiyumi
A small sake brewery in Hiroshima that I was told about at my regular liquor store. They are coming to the store next week.
Soft watery mouthfeel but dry, not sweet. Not very Hiroshima-like?
Refreshing and pleasant. With nukazuke (pickles).
