Tomorrow is Morioka. Not really, but here it is. This is a duo brewed by Noto's Kazuma Shuzo and Iwate's Akabu Shuzo. The brewers seem to know each other and went to Iwate to brew together.
The sake rice is Yumemizuho, a relatively affordable rice for rice in Ishikawa Prefecture.
It was shockingly delicious. It was sweet and had a beautiful acidity. Mr. Akatake is amazing. You make the most of the characteristics of the ingredients.
