It has been a while since I have had Morishima! It seems to be the only junmai sake in the Morishima range.
It has just a hint of sweetness and a gentle acidity. It finishes with a delicious bitterness and a lingering taste like white grapes.
Overall, the taste is calm. It seems to be bottle-warmed and fire-quenched, but it is fresh as if freshly pressed and very tasty to the palate 😋.
