Another sake from Kochi Prefecture,
This was purchased at a local liquor store, so the label is not peeled off.
It is a sake with a strong emphasis on spiciness and umami, and would go well with sashimi, etc,
I drank it cold and sipped it slowly, and as time went by, it became more rounded and the umami increased a little.
The change in flavor is also nice.
Sake from Kochi Prefecture is easy to match with fish dishes,
I will take a break from beer today.
