<Yamahai, a mild and gentle sake.
The aroma is faint, with a beautiful honey-sweet lactic acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, it starts with a mild acidity and becomes a delicious taste. There is a slight sense of yamahai, but it is also gentle. It can be classified as a light classic.
At a cool temperature (5℃), it is a shy and quiet wine. As the temperature rises, the flavor expands and becomes more delicious. I like it at room temperature. It also looks good heated.
The entrée continues to be a crispy cheese cracker. I was a bit intimidated by the richness of the cheese when it was cold. At room temperature, it has the same gentle and quiet character, but it has a strong core and goes well with the rich cheese. It is not against the cheese, but rather gently wraps it around you. It's soothing!
I know it's not Ghibli, but I can compare her to Kasumi Tendo from "Ranma 1/2. She is just a gentle, healing older sister. What, 19 years old?
Satisfaction: ★★★★
