It was on sale today and I went to buy it since I was there at the brewery. Last year's was delicious, so I decided to get this year's as well.
This year's is almost clear in color and tastes dry. It smells like cemedine. I think last year's sake was better than this year's. I think I need to warm it up to lukewarm (they recommend warming it up or keeping it at room temperature).
I've been sober for a week, so it's sinking in.
