Itzumi Sake Brewery, the smallest sake brewery on Sado Island!
I enjoyed the Maryo I had on Sado Island, so I really wanted to try this one from the same brewery!
Melon aroma, elegant sweetness, and a nice sharpness!
It was just as I expected!
