Kureshun Ikeda Sake.
Traditional? Nice label with a traditional feel.
Not too sweet, not too spicy, just plain good.
A little darker than the ones I've had so far?
I had it with fried scallion, which is a rare treat. It is quite tasty. I think the less sweet sake might go better with it.
My friend liked it so much that she asked for fried scallions again!
