This bottle was given to me by the master of my favorite sake bar, Nami, on their last day of business. I opened a bottle to close out the year 2025.
It is said to have a fine, mellow, and rich taste.
From the label, I thought it would be a clean, light, dry sake, but it was fresh and easy to drink. It was fresh and easy to drink, with not much alcohol smell.
This was an unforgettable sake from the unforgettable sake bar Nami-San.
