The color is clear.
Smell is thin and sweet.
The taste is slightly sweet. Exquisite sweetness reminiscent of blue citrus.
The ginjo aroma is a little, but not the mellow type.
Astringency in the aftertaste.
I found myself drinking more and more 😅.
They say you don't feel alcohol in a well balanced sake 🍶, I wonder if this kind of sake 🍶 is like that 😊.
