Color: Lightly cloudy. It looks yellowish in the bottle, but once it is in the glass, the yellowish color disappears.
Aroma: Fresh and fresh aroma. After a little time in the glass, when it gets a little warm, there is a sweet aroma of rice. Overall smells a little medicinal.
Taste: After a moment of sweetness, you immediately feel the spiciness from the gas that is typical of nama sake. The alcohol content is a little high, so the spiciness lingers in the aftertaste.
Overall impression: A good balance between the richness of the original sake and the freshness of the unpasteurized sake. The medicinal aroma was not to my liking.
