Muyu" is a junmai-shu brewed with Tamakae, a pesticide-free rice grown in cooperation with Mr. Iekura of "Omai no Iekura" since 2010. It has a unique softness due to the pesticide-free rice, and the brewer has a strong feeling for this sake.
