I went out of Jang and passed by Wang Lu Brewery and bought raw sake Junmai Ginjo. It's distinctly savory, with a rich, purposeful flavor, soft aroma, and medium alcohol. Served with salmon onigiri, teppanyaki first, and canned oysters.9 I'll definitely be going back to Shimane Prefecture.

Hello, is this a local product? It's the first time I've seen this packaging, sorry to bother you.

Yes, I bought this one at a liquor store called Gutake Honten in Wangroku's town. The store manager is very handsome. They also have Izumo Fuji and Li Bai.

Shimane is great, loose leaf crabs, oysters, and blackthroat are all delicious! I drank King Roku for days.
It's well worth a visit, and the sunsets over Lake Shinji are gorgeous.

Ok ok thanks so much! I was just looking at how to get to Shimane, is it easy to get around if you're in the area? The production of Wangroku is small, so I like it but don't have many chances to drink it, do you have any other limited releases over there besides the one you just made for the local area? I'd recommend Tensho, a great Shimane sake.

There is a bucket bottle take that is a very good wine that I had at a local kaiseki. I think with loose-leaf crab it was over the black dragon's Nizaemon. Local transportation is not very convenient, usually Sanin jr, and often stops in winter with heavy snow >=<
