This is the world's first sake made with Kochi yeast grown on the International Space Station.
The aroma is mildly fruity.
In the mouth, it has a refreshing acidity and a light rice flavor.
The sweetness is not so pronounced.
It is more like a refreshing citrus fruit.
It is not very thick, but it is just right for the refreshing mouthfeel of this sake.
From the mid-palate, it becomes spicy and refreshing.
This is the middle of my image of Tosa sake.
It has a good aroma and is light and crisp.
It is a sake that can be drunk easily. It just doesn't have any special characteristics that make it a hook.
I didn't understand the universe well, but it was delicious, so no problem.
