Very interesting and uniquely tasty! Toasted marshmallow, sweet corn, butter biscuit, honey-roasted pecan, blueberry, toasted coconut.
Hard to explain quite what it tastes like, there are some flavours which might sound less refined, but here they are taken to exquisitely delicious new heights. Lots of crisp nutty notes. Light sweetness, almost no acidity.
Let it breathe a little and it’s so smooth!
Never had a saké that tastes quite like this before!
