However, the rarity of Hakuto yeast and the words of the producer on the label led me to choose a sake that looked sweet and sweet.
When I tried it, it tasted really sweet and fruity. LOL.
It has just the right amount of acidity and is full-bodied sweet, but not sweet.
The alcohol content is 16.5, which is not low, but it is soft and light, so the cup goes on and on. This might be a sake to make you drunk....
It is delicious. I am glad I bought it.
