Every time I wonder, at what stage do you judge the taste of sake? The first sip? In the middle of drinking? Or after finishing the drink? The taste changes each time, and even more so depending on the snacks. In the case of this sake, my initial intention was to write, "It is rather sweet with a lingering taste, but it also has the heat characteristic of high alcohol content, and the aftertaste is like that of aloe or apricot. I guess the salmon bento I had with it had a lot to do with it. But as I drank it, it turned out to be a normal dry sake. Well, it tastes good, so I guess it's OK 🍶😋🍶.

Hi Eugene 😃 I understand!!! Sometimes it's a different person when the day changes, and as a result I always settle for 'delicious' 😌. Oh yeah, Tochigi Prefecture is missing from the sake map 😆. Tochigi love lol.

Hello❗️It's really difficult. The taste changes from day to day and from snack to snack. It's interesting to say the least...but I'm stuck in a bottomless swamp of sake 😱. Tochigi sake❗️I'll check it out next time😁✌
