This was served with Kangiku last month. It is a February lot, so it is still in good health. It is still healthy since it is a February lot.
I imagined it would be sweeter, but it is well-balanced with just the right amount of sourness and is deliciously shwashy 😋.
Maybe I could have had a bottle 😄.

I couldn't resist and brought the nigori when I saw the clear sake and nigori lined up in the fridge at the store yesterday 🤣.
I'm planning to open the bottle at the Spring Nigorinpik, but if it's healthy and shuwashu, I'll have it as soon as possible 😀.
