Three days of drinking with my sons during the Bon Festival (laughs) Let's go for the third bottle on the second day! 🙋 The Atago no matsu no nigori made my mouth a little mucky, so now I'm going with a refreshing sparkling one! 👍 I served Sanchi 2022 Yamadanishiki Natural Farming! 😄😄 San-do is basically purchased from Hasegawa Sake-ten online using the combined technique. However, recently I have been buying more in bulk from Gin no Sake Kibune, so my current inventory is from before that. In other words, it's been sitting in the fridge for a year or two. I'm not sure how long it has been sitting in the fridge. 😅 I think it's a brand that once you open it, you have to drink it all... 😅 When I removed the seal, it suddenly grazed my cheek and popped to the ceiling with a "Pang!" It popped. 😱. But I breathed a sigh of relief that it didn't overflow from the inside 😁. With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, this is also easy to drink and has a petite mouthfeel. My sons, who have had it once, also raved about it! 👍 No, it's really great 👍! It was very tasty! 🙋
