However, recently I have been buying more in bulk from Gin no Sake Kibune, so my current inventory is from before that.
In other words, it's been sitting in the fridge for a year or two.
I'm not sure how long it has been sitting in the fridge. 😅
I think it's a brand that once you open it, you have to drink it all... 😅
When I removed the seal, it suddenly grazed my cheek and popped to the ceiling with a "Pang!" It popped. 😱.
But I breathed a sigh of relief that it didn't overflow from the inside 😁.
With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, this is also easy to drink and has a petite mouthfeel.
