I opened a bottle of Hanaboe for its acidity. ❗️ Sometimes I want to drink Hanaboe tremendously.
First of all, I drank it cold. The aroma is subdued. It has a hint of sourness. The acidity spreads with umami at its base. It has a bitter taste and is very citrusy.
However, the perverted suppa is only good when heated up. Even daiginjos should be heated! The acidity that comes through! It also has more sweetness and is truly hot orange juice 😋.
I was satisfied 😁.
