Gohyakumangoku 55% polished rice
After drinking it once, I am already a big fan of Murasakyu.
From the glass, you can smell the pear-like aroma.
Although it is a Gohyakumangoku, I mistakenly thought it was Omachi. I was mistakenly thinking it was Omachi, but it is sweet.
The acidity is also very strong.
At the end, the sharpness is like that of Ihyakumangoku.
I have a feeling that this will become a regular of mine from now on.
