I took a trip to the Noto Peninsula.
I enjoyed sake and roiro at L'Atelier de NOTO in Wajima, and was introduced to the "Sake Boutique Okuda" by the owner.
One of the sake breweries in the Noto Peninsula that we purchased was recommended to us.
It is a dry sake with a deep rice flavor and excellent sharpness. As one would expect from a sake shop recommended by L'Atelier de NOTO.
