I like amazake and drink it occasionally, but this is a refreshing amazake. It's more smooth than amazake, with a gentle sour aftertaste. There is no unpleasant sweetness, and the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing. It is unlike any other sake I have ever had. I bought a small bottle to try it out, but next time I'll be sure to get a bottle! I wanted to try it with spicy curries, sauces, and balsamic vinegar sauces.
