Anniversary release Hououmida brewed at the newly launched Tobishou Brewery by Kobayashi Shuzo, which celebrated its 150th anniversary.
The sake rice used and the ratio of polished rice were not disclosed because the brewer wanted the visitors to feel the anniversary sake of the Tobisho Brewery as it is.
I will refrain from commenting on this bottle because it would be inappropriate to add my own poor impression to it... Also, this anniversary sake will never be brewed again, so if you haven't tried it yet, please give it a try!
