It has a mild sweet taste! And not only sweet, but also umami! And it is very easy to drink, without the aftertaste of alcohol that is typical of sake!
This is sake from the northern lands.
As one would expect, it is moderately priced, but if I ever go to Hokkaido, I will definitely repeat my visit.
