ヒラッチョ
Dinner at an eel restaurant in Urawa.
I ordered Kirinzan's taru-shu (sake), which was written as if it could only be drunk here.
We first had a draft beer 🍺 in the time before the unaju arrived.
The snacks were bonito sashimi and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).
And Kirinzan sake.
It has a sharpness that is typical of Kirinzan, and the barrel aroma spreads.
It has a more lustrous flavor than my image of Kirinzan, and I found a good Echigo-Tsumari sake in an unexpected place.
