Pale yellow. Clear. Sour smell. A strong aroma of sake. It is obviously strong. The sourness spreads rapidly. It is quite sharp. The alcohol is quite strong. There is no sweetness. The strong acidity and the alcohol is impressive. It has an image of good old sake.
